where is the best place to exit and enter in respect just to satify the visa requirements as married in Ph and staying 1 yr

Hi! I married a Phillipa girl in Jan 2010 and left to sell my home and business. I am returning back to my wife in CDO in May 2010. My question is; I have to leave with her to a destination outside the PH. WHERE do you recommend to go for a few days that is safe, inexpensive to fly, eat, basic hotel and is fairly close to the airport? Is there a favorite place? If so, please advise ASAP. Thanks!
