Tradition when meeting a Filipina?

Is there a nice, good, tradition or custom when you meet a woman from the Phillipines? Something that says I care, very nice to know you, etc.

I am going to meet a woman from there and I would like to make a good impression, her knowing I took the time to check into her heritage.

Any good input would be grateful.
