Retire in the Philippines - Banking Process

I want to retire in the Philippines, but I don't know if there is a bank in the Philippines connected with an American Bank that can handle my retirement pension so I can withdraw my pension in Dollars in the Philippines.

My pension can be automatically deposited in my Bank in America so that I can withdraw in the Philippines in Dollars. That is my problem that needs to be addressed before I make my decision.
