Is there a place in Cebu to hear live jazz or any other kind of live music?

This is not a story, but I am married to a beautiful Filipina and we are planning a trip to Cebu from the United States. Since I am from New Orleans, I cannot go too long without listening to some good live music. What does Cebu offer to those of us not at all interested in bikini bars and discos?
