In April 2005, Cebu Pacific signed a joint venture agreement with SIA Engineering Co., Ltd. (SIAEC) for the maintenance of our fleet of Airbus planes. The new company, called Aviation Partnership (Philippines) Corporation, is co-owned SIA Engineering Ltd. and Cebu Pacific Air. SIAEC is a subsidiary of Singapore Airlines that provides total maintenance solutions to over 80 airline companies all over the world.
